Our shipping costs vary.

Depending on which and how many products are ordered, the shipping costs below an order value of € 50 are usually around € 3.70 ( May differ for different products, e.g. sweaters -> about 5 € )

Order value: less than 50 € -> shipping costs = approx. 3.70 €

Order value: at least 50 € -> free shipping



When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. The shipping time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 6 - 9 working days
  • International: 10-20 working days

[Covid-19] When will I receive my order?

Our turnaround times may be longer than usual and continue to lengthen until things return to normal. We are experiencing delays in our supply chain, including traders and freight forwarders, as the entire industry faces challenges.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We partner with an on-demand company that handles assignments with facilities around the world! Our production facility is located in Riga. We attach great importance to production in Europe (printing process).

Will I be charged customs duties for my order?

An additional duty and tax fee may apply to international orders. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please inquire directly at the local customs office whether they levy duties and taxes on your purchases. INFO: There are no customs fees or additional taxes for orders to Germany, Austria and Europe in general.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before you get in touch, please help us as follows:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
  • Check with your local post office to see if you have the package.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left them with the package.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not handed in at the post office or your neighbor, contact us at [info@nippon-clothing.de] with your order number.

If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at our own expense.

Orders

How are the products made?

We work with a print-on-demand company. These have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be processed and shipped by whichever facility it can do most efficiently! Basically, our products for orders to Europe are processed from Riga.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about shipment tracking or your shipment, write us an email at [Info@nippon-clothing.de].

I received the wrong / damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please send us an email with photos of the damaged product, the order number and all other details you have about your order to [Info@nippon-clothing.de] within one week. . We will help you as soon as possible.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We generally don't offer returns or exchanges, but if something is wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [Info@nippon-clothing.de]! Take into account that the final products may end up looking different from the product images on the website.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. Should one of these points apply, contact our customers at [Info@nippon-clothing.de] with photos of the wrong / damaged items and we will clarify it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size / color?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size fits better, check out our size charts. We have one for every item in our store in the product description.

While it's rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled.

If so, please let us know within one week of receiving your

Order under [Info@nippon-clothing.de] with. Include the order number and photos of the mislabelled item. We'll send you a new one or refund the purchase price!
